Placed an order 20 gm silver coin and the delivery was displayed as Feb 4th, product arrived when I was out of town so I had to reject the parcel, conveyed the same to CaratLane team and they advised that they will redispatch the product.
I have contacted the support team on the re dispatch of the said order and it was conveyed that it will be done in 7 to 10 working days. It’s been more than 13 days and still the dispatch is not done from their end. Customer care team is conveying 4 to 5 days again and again whenever I call them. I have been calling them daily and I get the same update. Their team conveyed that they are having migration issues so are the delays.
What the customer has to do with their migration issues?? When we have emergencies, they talk about company policies and expect us to understand their
migration issues??
Caratlane team did not dispatch the product in the said timeline hence I’m requesting to refund my entire amount immediately OR take more time to dispatch the product as per the silver rate of that day and refund the remaining amount.
