Becareful with emi option in caratlane. This is not for the sake of customers. You need to struggle a lot to get your down payment amount back.

I purchased gold/diamond ring Triumph Tri-Tone Ring for Rs. 29, 142/- from caratlane. The ring broke down in two pieces while I was wearing it. I complained to caratlane and they asked me to deposit the ring in one of their outlets at delhi and that they would get it repaired.
