I bought a pair of ear rings from south ex part 1 new delhi store on 17th of april 2018 and paid through emi however the store person took more then 30 percent from me and inform the extra money will be return to me once the emi approves. The emi approved i got the ear rings but not excess money they took from me. Now i call them twice in a day, the person don't even ans the calls. It has been more then 10 days waiting for my money to come back. Extremely bad experience

I had ordered a nosepin through caratlane mobile app on 23rd dec 2017. Order no was h72b2c20.. Tracking no was[protected]. But caratlane send me the product through ecom. Courier. When i opened it in front of the delivery boy it was empty. I had already paid the money for it. They are now continuingly harass me. Even the other products which i ordered through the app they were promised me to deliver the product through their kolkata showroom...

Becareful with emi option in caratlane. This is not for the sake of customers. You need to struggle a lot to get your down payment amount back.

The day i got updates from kissht, struggling a lot just to get the updates about "refund of the amount i paid to place order!!!". Neither i got call from kissht / fastbanking nor they are responding to my calls. Tried to call on:[protected]/2402/2431 and[protected]...

I purchased gold/diamond ring Triumph Tri-Tone Ring for Rs. 29, 142/- from caratlane. The ring broke down in two pieces while I was wearing it. I complained to caratlane and they asked me to deposit the ring in one of their outlets at delhi and that they would get it repaired. I complained to them that how could a gold piece break down in two pieces after wearing it a few times. They assured that they would look into the matter and get it...
