Caratlane — Product delivery is delayed

I recently purchased the "Lil Elly Kids Gemstone Necklace - UL00612-1YOOSS" from your Kanakapura Road, Bangalore store on 6th April, with a confirmed delivery date of 10th April.

At the time of purchase, I took double confirmation regarding the delivery timeline, as this item was intended for my nephew’s naming ceremony scheduled on 17th April in Dharwad.

However, I am extremely disappointed with the service provided, particularly by Mr. Naveen, the salesperson at the Kanakapura Road store (Branch Code: HF12AQQEF7L). Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any proper update on my order. On every call, I was told, “Ma’am, I will check and call you back in 10 minutes, ” but I never received any callback or clear communication.

Due to this lack of responsibility and communication, my order has been significantly impacted. This is not a general purchase where alternatives can be easily arranged at the last minute. When it comes to gold items, we carefully select based on budget, preference and sentiments, making it difficult to replace at short notice.
