1. I have purchased my product on 13th April 2026
2. Ap per the caratlane app update they has to delivery the product on 21 April 2026.
3.But they failed to delivery I have waited till for 25th April 2026.
4. Even there is no response from team.
5. So I have cancelled the product on 25th April 2026.
6. From that date the refund should be done by 30th April 2026 or Max 1st May 2026.
7. They are not doing any thing on my refund status.
8. on 2nd may 2026 they have one ticket (Internal ticket Id #INC[protected].
9.There is no update from them later am daily contacting to them but no relevant answers from them.
NOTE:- I have ordered that product with my Credit Card due to my wife birthday gift the credit card bill got generated and i need to pay that bill.
Due to their delivery failure I have borrowed money from one of my friend with interest, there i need to pay the interest but this caratlane people are delaying my refund. Was this information helpful? |
