I sold my car to CarDekho on 19th March 2022 but car is still under my name. I was given an understanding that RC transfer happens within maximum 180 days from the date of sale of vehicle to CarDekho. I called customer care and sent multiple emails to CarDekho for inquiring about the status of RC transfer but didn't get satisfactory resolution to my complaints.
Insurance was getting expired so when I inquired about insurance renewal with customer care team, I was informed that insurance shall be renewed by new buyer only. When I logged on to Vahan portal for checking the RC transfer status, I saw that insurance is renewed but car is still under my name.
It seems CarDekho is making fool out of innocent people and minting money by indulging into wrong practices. Was this information helpful? |
