I sold my car to Cardekho in January 2023. They claimed to do RC transfer within 180 days.
It has been more than 10 m months since I sold the vehicle to them
However unfortunately they didn't transfer RC till date.The car is still under my name. Since I am not in India I am worried about if anything happens it will affect me. I called and mailed them several times but not getting any response regarding this....

I sold my car to CarDekho in Dec 2021, still RC is not transferred but car is sold to a user, I followed up with CarDekho but no reply. But I am getting calls from end user to transfer of RC but not sure he is genuine or not, for the same when I am checking with CarDekho no reply from them. Why government is not banning such companies? Any suggestion how to solve this?

Hi, I have sold my car to cardekho number UP35BJ2150 on 1st September 2022 and the deal was done at 4 lakh rupees but they have given me 3, 80, 000 and hold 20000 for party peshi but now yesterday party peshi has been done but still they have not released my remaining 20000 rupees, and am trying to contact their customer case and executives but they are also not responding, they have done a fraud with me, request you to please help to return my vehicle back.

I sold my car to CarDekho on March 19 2022 on the understanding given by CarDekho that RC transfer is done within maximum 180 days from the sale of car to CarDekho.
Contacted customer care multiple times on RC transfer status however, till date my complaint is not resolved.
Moreover, I was told that new buyer shall renew the insurance but the insurance of the vehicle which was getting expired on Nov 22 has been renewed which means vehicle has already been sold to someone.
CarDekho is playing with innocent customer for minting money.

I sold my car to CarDekho on 19th March 2022 but car is still under my name. I was given an understanding that RC transfer happens within maximum 180 days from the date of sale of vehicle to CarDekho. I called customer care and sent multiple emails to CarDekho for inquiring about the status of RC transfer but didn't get satisfactory resolution to my complaints.

RC transfer
I sold my car to cardekho on April 1 2022. They claimed to do RC transfer but unfortunately that doesnot happen yet. The car is still under my name. Since I am not in India I am worried about if anything happens it will affect me. I called and mailed them several times but not getting any response regarding this. I need RC transfer of my vehicle as soon as possible

We had sold our i10 through cardekho in October 2020. On 15th October 2022 I got mumbai traffic police sms for penalty to be paid on the car we sold. All the violations- 2020, 2021 and 2022- were post our selling off the car to cardekho.

Car Purchase
I purchased a Hyundai Creta From Car Dekho jaipur in September 2022, as soon as the car was delivered it has many major faults, I pursue the dealer to cancel the car and refund my amount under there 7 day return policy, But dealer refused and promised me to repair all the issues of the car, I had been in constant touch With Mr. Gurpreet And Mr. Yasir from 20 Days but still no resolve. I had shown the vehicle to the authorized service partner of car dekho M/s Bhagyoday Automobiles and he gave a estimate of Rs. 90, 000/- for vehicle repair, Mr. Gurpreet assured me to repair the vehicle, but to my utter surprise after leaving the vehicle at ASP, The ASP is pursuing me to deposit the amount of repairs and He is saying that car dekho has communicated him to a repair worth Rs. 22000/- only. I have been mentally tramitized by this experience and the purchased vehicle is also of no use robbing me financially also.

Maintenance and service for car

It's been 4months I purchased a car from cardekho company but after 4 months i faced some problem on car therefore I called cardekho that I face problem and this need to resolve as I paid for maintenance and service of car and they provide me 6 months of warranty but when I take my car to there partner garrage they take more than months to resolve issue then garrage manager told me that he sent invoice for maintenance and work to cardekho team but they did not take any action and due to this I am unable to get my car from garage and cardekho not clearing there invoice and for same when I called to cardekho they did not provide any information or not sharing any information.
Apart from this one of the executive of Cardekho name tarun called me on 30/8/2022 and give consent that I received my car by Friday 2/9/2022 but on Friday I am not received any feedback or respond and when I called back to warranty team they told to Waite and did not share any information about that same

i have sold my car already informed to call center executives, but then to i am getting calls from car dekho cash my car, daily i am saying same words, but again & again i am getting 5 to 10 calls daily from car dekho, also i have called to customer care of olx and informed that please do some thing for this calls, but nothing happend, later i have registered DND, but than to these guys are not checking DND and calling me regularly, please do some thing.

Nice caption “Bharosa Karke Dekho” and Car Dekho will try all the way to break the “Bharosa”. I bought a car on 27th of May from Kolkata showroom and it was a nightmare. In 6 days only car breakdown and not starting. I called their customer care and they said the car I bought it is not in sold state and still being sold in their site listings and they can’t provide any warranty or service.
Car is residing in my garage as a scrap of 4 lakh and they didn’t provide any warranty or support. Never trust CarDekho. It is bogus. Being cheated by Cardekho.

Claim denied because of cardekho's 7days policy of rc transfer

This is to inform you that Yatharth Kalonia, currently the owner of the car KIA Sonet DL8CBB1840 had met with an Accident on 25th December 2021 which was purchased from Car dekho dated 18th December 2021. According to Cardekho's policy the process of RC transfer takes place after 7 days from the date of purchase but unfortunately the accident happened in these 7 days, due to which the insurance company denied the claim. According to the insurance company the claim was denied because the RC was not transferred at the time of the accident. At the time of accidence the car was insured and as per the surveyor and inspector the accident was genuine. The claim was denied because the process of RC transfer was delayed by CARDEKHO (As per their policy).
After all the telephonic conversations with the senior manager (Mr. Amit Srivastava) and Mr.Abhimanyu, it was concluded that the repair work should start in the workshop and they assured the company will compensate for the loss. If the company would have denied the claim on the initial stage we would have got this vehicle repaired from outside. Now when the company has to pay for the claim, the assigned person is not answering the calls.
Mr. Abhimanyu is handling this case and he assured the company will pay for the claim. Daily almost 10-15 calls are made to Mr. Abhimanyu but he never answers them. This is his responsibility to update the owner regularly on this case but he has failed to do that. This is such unprofessional behaviour. After so many emails and calls there is no response from CARDEKHO. The company is doing nothing.
It's been more than 24 hours now that we have been waiting for the calls. Yesterday also we called customer support to accelerate the process but according to the team the matter is already accelerated.
It's almost 2 months now and the car has been repaired but the company is not answering the phone calls. This matter was supposed to close 15 days back and still the problem is unattended.
The car was bought from CARDEKHO because of good after sales service. But in this case the problem is because of Cardekho. If Cardekho continues giving this kind of service to the customers, then it will soon vanish from the market.
Ticket number is 5943563.
Kindly provide the solution.

Getting Car challans long after sale of car to Car Dekho
I sold my car to Car Dekho Gaadi Store(GIRNAR AUTOMOBILIES PRIVATE LIMITED) on 21.03.2021 and as per agreement (REF. 5E6491)they took responsibility for any liability arising regarding car thereafter.
IN September 2021 I received 2(Two) Challans for traffic violations dated 25.05.2021 and 24.06.2021 for Rs. 500.00 and Rs.2000.00 respectively.
Since the car was sold to Car Dekho on 21.03.2021 I informed them by email on 24.09.2021 for paying the above Challans since the offence was committed well after the sale of car.
They generated ticket no.5831799 and assured me to settle the matter.
But regret to say that I have constantly taken up the matter with them vide my 11 (Eleven ) communications but matter still not resolved and I am getting SMS from traffic police for payment of challans. The reply being received from CAR DEKHO is so vague it seems they are buying time and resolving the matter. Every time they just say that their dedicated team is looking into the matter.
I have raise complaint on their portal also but without response.
They advertise high but my experience is that for solving problems subsequent to sale they are below average.

I see swift in the cardekho. He told me that he is a indian soldier named ajay singh shekhawat i want to buy so i call that person he sends me his details and next day he told that i am sending my car to you. You have to give courier charges of 8365. I pay it and after that he called us to if you want the car you have to full money he is a fraud. After some time i paid it 3000rs and it didnt get back it..

I am taking a complete package of buyers leads from Mr Manish last February 17 in mid month and started leads query but till date we will not mature any leads which was given by Saurabh. We already complaint to manish and saurabh but there is no result.
Firstly if we generated any leads customer sold out his car or postpone as per buyer feedback.
Secondly i am already told him please provide me ghaziabad or noida leads but he will again given me leads is to far from our place almost 30 to 50 kms.
Mr Saurabh will not received my call and he will not filtered the leads price gap almost very much high.
My company pressurize me why you are not generated leads because As per my commitment we agree to our company to purchase the package .
Please do needful to us or return my money 24150/-

Hello,
I ordered a camera lens on 5th December which was processed on the same day and now its been 3 days that I am seeing the Pending Shipment status with a note saying that the Tracking details are unavailable for the momemt. Please try again later.
It is really painful to see this after 3 days of ordering my product. Please let me know when can I get my product delivered. Atleast try to show the proper tracking status on the time.
