    I was working this company,as a Branch Head,since September'2006,I haven't recieved my salary of December'2009 & January'2010.In this connection i submit my resignation with 1 month notice period giving to the company.And requesting me to relieve at earliest.they have not taken pain to reply or to reliev,and failing to send my pending 2 months salary.Thier corporate off address is "Remi Biz Court' C-403,Veera Desai road,Andheri ( West).MUMBAI-400058.Contact no's are[protected]/47/[protected]I request to solve my issue at earliest

      i the undersingned mr sushil masal have been working with the co careeravenues india pvt ltd from 21/05/2007 till 9/01/2009, i had filled up my pf form and handed it to our head office, now when i have asked them wheather they have submitted my form thr director is refusing to pay my pf, saying than i had not given him a notice period but the reason is i had informed them about it and they forced me to leave the organisation and after one month giving the reason by saying taht i did not give a notice period .
      what can be done about this? need your guidance

      Career Avenues (I) Pvt. Ltd. — PF claim status

      Dear Sir,

      I am ex employee of career avenues, i left this organisation june 2008 and i have claim my PF amount in Oct.2008 but till date i have'nt received any amount or further information regarding the same from career avenues ( I) Pvt. Ltd. after all possiable followups from my side.

      On 03/10/2009 I have transferred twice a sum of Rs.1990 to your account No.[protected] towards the payment to bharatmatrimony through sbionline (A/c No.[protected]). One of the above said transaction is returned to my account. Another one transaction amount neither returned to my account nor credited to bharatmatrimony. Kindly do the needful.
