Pls help me for taking refund amount from careergrommer. snapshots attach kiya hai mene bank statement ka jismne 1775+4558 paid kia hai or amount paid karne k bad ek discription form b fill kia tha or careergrommer kia tha fees payment k bad pls or koi info. chahiye to let me know.

We have cancelled my registration on 20th july 2016 but my payment not refund till now.
We are following continue but all contact no is switch off.

We have pay rs.1775 for registration and 4580 for verification but not provide any interview in any company.

Sir hamare sath fraud hua Hai humse bola gaya tha ki apse paise apke job placement k liye hi liye jarahe Hai fir Kaha k apse telephonic hoga aur face to face bhi interview bhi hoga but ab tak kuch nahi hua 2 months ho chuke Hai jasbe hamne payment kiya tabse saare phone switch off arahe hai. I had paid 1782/-on 18 october and they said that within 15 to 20 working days u will be provide seriverce but one month gets over when i contacted for refund they told that your money will be refunded on 31 december when asked them while when i was dping payment in your company you all told that within 72 hours ur money will be refunded and till 3 month has over u all not refunded and i had mailed also many time ... Now i am going to FIR against your company and take u to till court because u have done fraud...

Dear friends.

I have received a call on 6 june 2016, from career grommer saying they are working with top company who are looking for the talented person on urgent basis.
Asked me to registration with fee or rs. 1550/- with 14.5%service tax - total-1755/-.
After the initial payment for the registration they called me to activate other services, that is profile verification & there charge is 3999/- with 14.5% service tax - total 4588/- & asking one by one service & i pay the total money
6313/-.
The executive also committed that some amount of money will be refunded with first salary.
But i cancel the registration because i have selected the add company. They ask me the offer letter for cancellation & i send the documnet.
They cancel my registration & other servicer & send mail after 45 days they refund my money but they cut the 14.5% tax on 30-jun-2016. I agreed but
Almost 125 days are over i am fighting with them to get the money refund.
They always told me that 2-3 days the money is transfered to my account but they fraud me.
But maine jb 4 november 2016 ko unke against complaint kiya tha is site me to vo immidately mera pehla refund dene ko tyar ho gye but pehle unhone complaint vapas lene ko kha islie maine vapas liyaor fir first installment 1550/- refund kr diye. But mujhe ab secound installment 4000/- k liye chhekkr lgane ped rehe h jo abhi tk mujhe nhi mila.
Pehle 23 nov fir 10 dec fir 15 dec fir 20 dec or last 30 dec aisa bolbol kr guma rehe the.
Ab unki site khola to pta chala ki unhone company bnd kr di h loss k karan 23 december 2016 ko.
Sir plz ap fir se inke against action liziye. Unki site me abhi sirf ek email id - [protected]@gmail.com show kr reha h. Sir mere pass unke calls record krke bhi rakhe hue h.

They are not ready to pick my phone on a sigle call. Daily i have 20-25 call on there phone but they dont receive the call.
