The above job consultancy is running a job scam & trying to extract money from job seekers.
Initial call from from mr. Sureaj dhave.. Dated 03/11/2018 — regarding short listed of cv by mrf india. & requested rs. 6000+ gst (Total amounr rs. 7040)- as a one time registration & referral free as per policy which has been crossed check with their website customer care no & susequently mr. Asiish sr. Hr consultant of the career hub consultancy convinced undersigned to release the payment at the earliest as it is utmost urgency from the recruirmenr company.: reference mail attached for the communication. Further to this they have assigned one mr. Praveen sharma - rm relationship manager who is organieing the telephone call with mrf india named ms. Hina khan.. Call rec. From [protected] at around 3.50 pm.
Later they will arrange fake telephonic interview saying the hr from client will call & discuss on the job opening as first stage of screening
Relationship manager from consultancy will congratulate the candidate with a good news that client has shortlisted his / her profile with high salary package (Which is almost double of existing ctc.. Its simply superb)
As a next level of process they will ask for education certificates & professional experience documents & demand for rs.14000/- + gst (Total amount rs 17582/-) need to be paid instantly to do the background verification from a third party agency, the excellent policy defined by the consultancy by self. & with very hurry to release the payment & the same has convinced to me by mr. Avinash ray who is introduce as a sr executive & he is from basudevpur, odissa. He spoke to me with a local reference & convince me to keep the trust & impress me to release the payment. Which i have released the payment on 13thnov2018. With scan copy of my documents. Call received from [protected]
Now today on 15th call from mr. Praveen sharma regarding the succesful uploaded of documents & will now arranging a skype interview which to be held on 16th nov2018 at 2pm to 3pm. But before going to the skype call i have to clear a online test as per policy which to be by a 3rd party agency & have to make payment of rs 20000+ gst (Total amount of rs 23600/-.). Trying to make a such hurry to release the payment by mr. Praveen sharma. Call received from [protected].
After thorough research i understand that the client will never recruit from external agency but job seekers are suppose to apply for job from their company career & they will receive communication from company's official email id.
When i express my inability to release the above payment mr. Praveen sharma is very annoyed to hear this & try to misbehave over phone.
Total amount paid. Rs. 7040+ 17582 = rs. 24622/-
