I bought a cat mock test series from careers360.com via career launcher of rs1299 but didn't receive the package in my careers360 dashboard account. Career launcher deducted the money and didn't provide the product. I called the customer care many times and they told me to call this number and that number. I submitted a mail regarding this problem and replied back that within 48hrs they will resolve it but no action has been taken. I called the customer care like a dozen time but now they are not even answering the call. Its been 3 days and i lost my money, didn't receive my product and there is no sign of progress in that field. Was this information helpful? |
