They are not refunding my money of amount 71980/- paid in October 2022,
I didn't avail the service in fact i dropped my plan before it's activating they are now refusing to refund, i requests you kindly look this matter very immediately
My last option is to raise a complaint in consumer forum and i have already initiated the process...

I am Komal from ICE GATE Coaching which comes under the career launcher.
Center: Ahmedabad - Vastrapur Ice Gate Center.

As I am not belong a good background...and i believed so much to anyone... that's why everyone deceived me always ...

I enrolled for 2 yrs program of GATE classes in ICE...till 2024.

Only 3-4 days I go in coaching offline because it's a weekend program...my course is in online and offline both ...

And they take fees from me ₹40, 000 for 2 yrs program...
After that ICE ahemdabad coaching closed permanently...So please, I want to refund my fees... completely 😭

My all money are wasted due to this...

my son Chinmay sought admission in 2yr classroom program with ID 30162898 and paid 30, 000/- at the time of admission. balance was 25, 000/- which was due on 20th Oct, 21 but i requested the councilor to give me more time to pay the balance payment and they assured that they will extend the date when the payment date arrives. but unfortunately the center blocked the student ID on online study portal instead of extending the date. It has been more than 3 days since his ID is blocked. I made repeated requests to the center IN charge Mr. Anuj to unblock ID and give me more time to pay the balance fee but he is adamant not to listen to my requests. My son is suffering a lot of humiliation bcoz of their attitudes. I am not denying to pay the balance fee but only asking some more time to pay it, that also as per their assurance at the time of admission of my son.
I request u to consider my request and unblock the ID on the portal and give me time to pay the bal fee by end of next month.

The total amount i had paid for the Premium batch, which was misselled to me by the desk representative of the CP branch Ms. Geetanjali Sharma, was Rs.54, 658 and the total amount for the new batch that i was enrolled into later was Rs. 39, 530. Therefore, an amount of Rs.15, 128 was expected to be refunded to me. Their employee Mr.Sunil informed me in March that the refund would be made within the span of 45 days. However, I didn't receive it. I have been consistently asking him and the CP branch manager Mr.Atul Anand for updates since then but all attempts went futile. It's been 7 months since i put up the refund complaint forward and my money is still stuck with them. Before that they took a whole month to enrol me in the correct batch as promised. I think that was a trick to loot my money as they enrolled me in the more expensive batch before and took my money and then shifted me to the less expensive one but didn't refund my money.

I enrolled for CAT/MBA coaching at Career launcher Sholinganallur/Chennai institution on Jan 2020. Due to Covid pandemic all the classes went online after March. Classes were good and faculties stayed helpful meanwhile.
CAT 2020 was done, XAT was done and SNAP was also done for me. Scores were on the 'Average' side. Even though I wanted to join a college and seeked help from the institution for finding the apt college.
A total disappointing response was given by the faculties. None of them wanted to help, even if you request them/ ask any queries they are not turning back. Really a waste of Rs 40000 for an average scorer like me.

My brother enrolled for the online classes for clat crash course of career launcher. But he was not able to take classes due to poor internet connection at our residence. So it was not suitable for him to take online class so we applied for the refund within one week. But no action has been taken since then.

Company is sending me advertisement messages daily even after complaining to stop sending me the same.

I had enrolled with a law entrance exam coaching course and i paid the fee after the demo class, 4days later i went to ask for a refund to which the person there at the branch said they were no refund policies. She lied straight to my face. While few months later i get the message of my cl services being deactivated for non payment of fee, now i check that and find out about the refund options. My course was 45+ days and i could have had recieced refund. I plan to take legal action action against the management on account of negligence in services.

I m. Preparing for ibps so and enrolled with cl greater noida, they assured me that they will provide me material for same however after one month of wait they have provided test series only, which we can be purchased from any of the book shop, i have already submited 70 % of fee and now coaching in charge mr ratnesh denying to provide proper material or refunds. However they have committed to give complete so material.
Now i am helpless as only one month left for exam and they have made false commitment and now saying if you are not ok please don't continue but will not refund or provide material. Very much disappointed!!

I bought a cat mock test series from careers360.com via career launcher of rs1299 but didn't receive the package in my careers360 dashboard account. Career launcher deducted the money and didn't provide the product. I called the customer care many times and they told me to call this number and that number. I submitted a mail regarding this problem and replied back that within 48hrs they will resolve it but no action has been taken. I called the customer care like a dozen time but now they are not even answering the call. Its been 3 days and i lost my money, didn't receive my product and there is no sign of progress in that field.

My self bhimraj i am a bangalorean. Basically i am village boy i hardly invested rs 44, 000/- for airticketing job in bangalore international airport... But i was completely trapped by this people. Career launcher coaching does not have the option of refunding money.
I had taken up their 15day jee coaching program but decided to opt out of it as i am no longer interested in engineering. The centre incharge refuses to understand the the situation and argues that engineering is the best option.
He isnt even agreeing to send a copy of the documents we signed.
This is about the terribly rude incharge of sector2 noida career launcher branch.

After that she hast sent a reference id fc [protected] and she told me telephonic interview will be scheduled by tomorrow and one woman tanya called me, she told me am calling from indigo hr team and after that she said you have been selected and you will get an appointment letter into your mail id before that you want to pay 6000 rs for your document verifications, so i found something suspicious from their talking a well reputed companies will never ask us to pay money and i called teena again she told me that after your face to face interview the amount will be refunded but am not agreed with that and i reacted rudely to her. I requested her to refund my money back, and she agree to refund the money by 11 am and when i check 2 times the amount is not credited into my account. They are very clever and intelligent to mock and to cheat others, they had stolen many innocent peoples money, like 2000

Sir, b. Tech 8th sem final exam of maulana abul kalam azad university of technology (Wbut), a state engineering university of wb has been scheduled from 10-1.00pm on 10.6.2017, saturday. All colleges of west bengal state are following the schedule of exam. Your cl kolkata centre has fixed the schedule of class of ww-17, qa-22 from 1.00pm for cat preparation class. It is fixed in the cell of 1.30-3.30 zone and advanced 30m. I have requested your kolkata personnel to reshedule the class either from normal time i. E. 1.30pm or later. But, your kolkata official simply denied it. We, most of the 4th year (8th sem) student are taking the coaching from your cl. But, you may show some flexibility in our state level programme. As we are from wb, reading in wb and in the same manner, you are also making your credential and economical career from wb. May kindly reschedule the qa 22 class for any other day, excluding the faulty schedule.

I take admission on 24.3.17 and paid full ssc cgl fee rs 9000 and i enrolled for the morning batch from april. They said we started the new batches from 1st week of april then they said next time we are starting new batches from 15th april and again they extended the date to 1st week of may. They wasted my time and now when i give application for to cancel my admission and refund my fees so they take more time in process and give 45-60 days. Take action against it.

I enrolled for SSC classes in Nirman Vihar Branch. in the very first month classes they provide were good. but by the Time passes their management schedules are going very pathetic till now. in Demo classes they provide good teachers later it is worst. they even didn't complete the syllabus and suddenly stopped the classes. the worst thing is that when i want to rejoin (there is 1 year of validity) they always put an excuse either they said the classes will be start from ... or the batch is full. now its been 1 and half month. when i personally visited 2/3 times they told me to come on 1st of December with an application for rejoin on 12 noon batch. but yesterday they again said that the batch is full. ITS REALLY PATHETIC.

I have bought Cat-o-mobile software from career launcher last year with enroll id :11001606 while i was buying they have told me that the license is for 2 years. Now while I am accessing it shows that the sofware license has expired on 5th June 2016. I have kept on mailing and calling them but they simply replied me after few days that license has expired. I bought the product on[protected] for 19999/-. I need my amount and valuable time I spent for waiting for resolving. My name is vinay kumar. I have enrolled admission in career launcher for bank preparation, id no – 10177484 on dated 28/03/2016 munirika center delhi. At the time of admission i had been committed that it will be fresh batch and i had been called for classes 29/03/2016. But fact it was not fresh batch classes. Even management was totally false not in favor of student. Even they had not issued any identity card / books. After lot of arguments i had been given books. After that i had requested to provide user name & password for online testing. They refused to give me but it was promised to give me. After single day classed i had enquired for course enrolled (Fresh batch) they had not provided any help. After that i had requested to refund my money if they will not provide fresh batch. On dated 30/03/2016 they asked me to left batch, they will refund my money. But lot of chasing they only give after deducting 40 % of total amount. This was injustice and not satisfaction level. I had contacted to center head. They even not listened anything. They threatening to do anything. Money will not be returned. I would like to bring your kindly notice management is making fool to students. They are just making money and not working with student career. Even i will not asked any student to join career launcher in future. I am in personal opinion why they had deducted my money. I came from very poor background family. I am not able to waste my money in this way. If institute is not providing a satisfaction level quality education then there is not benefit to waste time & time – please help me to refund my amount. I don’t want to encourage student – i will chase this thing to higher management even i will have to file a complaint to consume forum or legal way.
I will keep fighting until i get my deducted money.

I join career launcher at nirman vihar firstly they said that they give 500 for each refernce then they said they give 2-3 sets of book but they onliye gave us only one set and they provide very poor faculty to us. I enrolled for MBA classes batch-2015 in Career launcher sector-18 i paid 20, 000 in cash on that same day . I asked for the trial classes they said that they can not provide. They provided only 5minuted discussion. It was a weekend batch I took only 2-3 classes then i realised that it is very hard for me to study along with my job. I am working in tech mahindra as associate they have rotational shift and timming so it was becoming very hectic for me .
