Career Launcher — I want the refund of my coaching fees.

I Sagufta Zabeen student of Career Launcher offline classes From Dhanbad Hirapur Branch state Jharkhand course MBA CAT. I had paid ₹ 29500 to the career launcher branch I want my fee refund because the teachers teaching way was very poor they don't clearing my concepts i am very dissatisfied with the teachers and staffs they are not well mannered. When i went to the centre for refund under 15days of my classes the staff name- Ratri and Madhuri they denied for refund While there could have been a refund policy, they lied to me. Then i paid my 2nd installment on 7/07/2022 and After the second installment my exam started and I haven't gone to class the whole month of July and now in August I am asking for 3rd installment and now because of my financial problem when I said that I will pay after few days then they removed me from the study group of my batch:-D4 and I am being treated very badly, now i can't bear their bad behaviour anymore so i stop going and want refund.
Please help me to refund my hard earned money, please take some action, I will be grateful to you. I have attached detail of my both installment fee receipt.
