I am Naresh Kumar From Karnal. In February of 2013 i had join career launcher for preparation of MBA but after certain days i realise it;s not upto my remark and as i expected .i inform in their office (at A-18, 1st Floor, Ram House, Middle Circle New Delhi, DL[protected]to their staff . they didn't guide me for refund or tell me the procedure how to do it. some how i get a contact number of one of their faculty (nishant) who is the head and i describe him about my problem but around of 8 to 9 months he misguided me and tell me lie . some time when i call him and ask him for a meeting he give me time and when i reach new delhi and call him he say i am outside of delhi meet some one less or another day .on 9 january 2014 first their is call from call center and use abusive with a high pitch and say i inform them after year so their is no chance of refund and when i inform nishant they are saying this he say don't give me headache and never call me again with abusive language .and now they are not picking my call. i pay them 35500 and plus transport charges from karnal to new delhi .
