Career Plus Navigator — not returning my money

I Got a call from shining career plus navigator and was asked to pay 1950 rs/- as initial payment, for registration. I had paid that money through paytm as per their instructions . Now I didnt get any call from companies till yet. His name is Prashant and ritisha sharma. Phone no [protected]. I am calling 10 to 50 times a day and sent mails and messages too but still no response from them. Kindly refund my money as per your rules.
