Cargo Honda (Honda Service Centre) Bhuj — about proper and and long time

I given my honda shine for washing on 13/11/2017 at aprox 11.00 am, but i received my bike at 15/11/2017 at 10.00 am, when i asked at 14/11/2017 they didnt give me proper answer. When i asked for problem they told me theres your bettry problem and bike not started with self start, but originally theres problem with wiiring.
Is it ok they didnt check and found wrong problem.. For this i told to manger but he also didnt give me properly answer.
Because of all this i faced so problem. They didnt inform me anything about problem.. When i go there and asked at that momemt they told me for problem.. Nd its good service from you...
