Caritas Hospital — Insurance Helpdesk making Delay in approving TPA Empanelment

Caritas Insurance Helpdesk officials are unprofessional, arrogant and making delay in TPA empanelment process causing inconvenience to patients who are planning to utilize the cashless re-imbursements. In spite of repeated requests the official in charge of TPA empanelment is adamant and not willing to listen to customers request or acknowledge the same.

East West assist has been contracted with responsibility as TPA for the year 2022-23 . My wife work with the income tax department and CGHS reimbursement takes a lot of time hence opting for the TPA based reimbursement service. I have made multiple follow ups via call from Mid-April and sent across a mail on Jun 25 for which also there has been zero response from the hospital.
