I have paid school fee on 16.12.2020 but the school not received the same till date nor refund to my account...

Sir, I am studying in the my current school for last 6 years. I like this school pretty good cause it has great teachers, studies, social activities, games etc in it but there is just one problem I and almost all the students facing that is TEACHERS BEAT THE STUDENTS AND GIVE THEM PHYSICAL PUNISHMENT and it is definetly true here. My sister passed her 10th Board exams this year under the ICSE board from Carmel Convent School, Rourkela.When she went to collect her marksheet, she discovered that the school was charging Rs.100 for every marksheet issued by the council, when the fees for the same have already been collected by the council earlier.The school is also charging Rs.1500 for every transfer certificate being issued to the students who are leaving...
