My wife was studied IELTS in santamonica and they told me to refund the fee which paid for the coaching after her enrollment in Campus. She made her visa process and all other things through santamonica and i requested for refund on March 31 2022 through my advisor.

Till date, i didnt receive the money .
I am not thinking this is not the right way of approaching a customer like a reputed company like you and how i suppose...

I dropped the study abroad plan as i have family issues and money problem and they are not giving back the registration fees that is 2360/- inr and they did not started with any process as i was waiting for my Ielts score so they need to give back the money and they are telling it is company policy....

I have paid fees for proceeding masters degree application. But later they informed they need extra payment for proceeding further. I asked for a refund and since then they are not responding to my calls and texts. They have collected my documents as well. I haven't got any assistance from them....

As I have worked with Santa Monica Study Abroad from 25/08/2021 to 30/09/2021 as a Student Counselor initially when I worked they informed 25, 000 INR in my offer letter and after I Joined at the salary time they informed that i didn't made my target so giving 17, 722 INR with deductions 7288 INR

After crediting my salary I went to my HR to discuss on the same but they informed at that time I didn't met my target (target given 5 I have done 4) so they can’t provide me full salary and at the time of joining they never informed such things.

Please look into this and do the needful.

I have been trying to get admissions to september intake 2022. I have contacted this consultancy. They were contacting me until I paid the registration fees. After that they were too slow to do the procedures and I lost my chance to getting to universities/colleges abroad.
I am sad that I paid the money before the application begins and the message say that the amount is non-refundable. They say some colleges are open at sometimes which are not really opened their portal for application.
I need my money back since I didn't even had a chance to apply for any course and there were no services.

My name is Gopikrishnan and I was consulted by santa Monica abroad, my visa processing was good experience but when its coming to flight booking, they have charged me unfare amount.The reason is telling because my friend who booked same flight on same day who has booked after me charges only 1 lakh but in my case I have booked prior of 10 days when compared to my friend, I got 1.50 lakh for my connection flight.

I visit santa monica trivandrum branch on 15th jan 2022 for a study abroad guidance. I got a lady named Athira (system no: 6 on that day) as my counsellor. Me and my husband had our seat and after having a short look at my details she started questioning on us like why i choose this subject, why shouldn't i go for other courses and all. A good counsellor should be always positive and should give a positive impact on her clients sitting before her. But in our case we got a very disappointing counsellor who discourages us. At the end she fixed a course and told us that she will mail the further details to us on monday (17th jan 2022) and today is 24th jan 2022 and till now i haven't got any details on my email or any followups from Santa Monica trivandrum branch. Please do the needfull at the earliest.

I too made the online payment of RS 379/- to get the new PAN card. But after the payment successfully made online from my account also debited 2 times 379+379 than no receipt of payment is given by the company.
When I checked from Net banking it is showing the address of company is Samanta Communications Pvt. Ltd. no information..nothng else..

At least this message should have come that you will get your PAN card..but no message..and after that the page you applied for also disappeared…

I applied for msc international business with data analytics course in university of bedfordshire for Nov intake And I paid my fees and finished my English speaking assessment test by October last and waited long time for credibility interview After that I got communication from agency that November intake is not possible and process is deferred to Jan intake Now everywhere students who applied after me have already completed credibility interview and they are waiting for CAS. Even after I explained agency that students who applied long after I applied have already finished interview and is waiting for CAS. After this I contacted university International marketing manager who was handling credibility interview and I got the response that "Please contact your agency for details".I forwarded the same mail to agency and till date I have not received a single communication from agency. Please not that I have paid everything on date, submitted everything on date, even I did my TB test long back, I have submitted bank balance certificate.

Im really disappointed with the service I received from agencies side.Kindly treat this with highest priority and sort out the issue as soon as possible.

Myself Amaljith and i have got an offer from University of South Wales. The University authorities mentioned that they will inform me about the credibility interview but neither them nor the Santa Monica representatives informed me about the deadline for the KIRA interview

Hi, I have given all the relevant details for the application to university of derby in UK on 24th September 2021. when I informed them that I didn't receive 'application received' mail from the university they informed me that the application is already applied. I did a follow up after 2 weeks since there were no response from the university and they said that its under process. Even after one month there were no response. When I contacted them they said they already did a follow up and there is no response from the university. Hence I mailed the university for a follow up, and the university responded in just '1 hour' and asked for 'user id'. When I asked for the user id the agency didn't provide me and asked me to wait. And on October 29 I received mail from derby university saying that my application is submitted..!!.
Which means they applied on October 29th 2021 whereas I have provided all the documents and was informed that the application is submitted on September 24 2021. They applied when I demanded for the User id (which we will receive via mail once we apply for the course). This is just inhuman!!!

My son Abhishek K Pradeep had enrolled for admission to Waterloo University Canada for masters in MEng Electrical and computer engineering course via Santa Monica on 11/10/21
We had done all SOP LOR of referees, getting grade cards and transcripts all by ourselves and had given all particulars to Akshara S Kumar who is handling this.She just had to transfer the same particulars to the college but she failed to write the correct email ID of one referee..infact she gave one email ID for both referees to the University. In the process the LOR has been sent to only one professor and also the college where my son studied ( National Institute of technology Calicut) is incompletely written.
Also we have to ask for update each and every time to both Akshara and Arya who's the career coordinator and who is equally disinterested in their work .

I would like my sons admission to be handled by someone who's responsible and whom we can depend for our sons future.We opted for Santa Monica because we felt it was dependable but we are very disappointed. I would like to get a reply or call asap regarding this and what measures you have taken to address my concerns

Learning that Santamonica is arranging travel to canada via third country, I contacted one of the associate Mrs. Thushara.
As per her instruction we paid advance of Rs.10000 for ticket on 4th July. But apart from various date change, excuses nothing happenes.
We landed up in Canada on 26th july through another service provider, who made our travel hassle free and handled with atmost professionalism.
For past 10days I am doing follow-up for the Refund.

Eventhough I Couldn't avail your service, I was a pottential customer. Expect immediate action on this.

I request u to share the relevent information regarding the content n the application process. They is no proper cooperation also from the councellor's . We trust and joined n ur agency but still there is no proper response. 1st i took n Hyderabad agency there they are not providing information then i changed to kochi the same is happening here . I[censored] people cannot share concerned information to us plz inform and pay back our money we can choose another agency better than u if not plz help us to have a better further a head.

My Application number S[protected] HAD REFUSED 8 MONTHS AGO. ADVISORS OF SANTA MONICA HAD TOLD THAT I WOULD GET A REFUND BECAUSE I HADNT DONE MY BIOMETRICS WHEN I GOT THE REFUSAL.I PAID 14000 FOR BIOMETRICS BEFORE REFUSAL. BUT THERE HAS BEEN NO REPLY ABOUT THIS IN ANY OF THE MAIL WHEN I CONTACTED.

One of my friend came to canada on dec 30th and you felows had cheated him.. you said that airport pick up is free and acoomadation is already ready and when he came here for airport pick up the man justin who came to pick us charged 40dlr each there where 3 of them.. and asked us to stay in a motel for 2 days and said that the house he looked for has a gas leak.. but in houses all are using electric to heat..and the motel charged him 220 dlr for 2 nights .. normaly motels in canada jst charge 140 max for 2 nights so its clear tht justin has charged comission from motel... not only my frnd other5 boys where also there they r also charged like this and its clear that justin has cheated them.. so please do take necessary actions otherwise your agencies will go down.. so please be carefull

This is not a complaint at all, Santa Monica, Layam Road, Kochi, Ernakulam has given good opportunity to get scholarship to study in Canada for my sister. She is telling how the consultancy is helping and caring each students to reach their goal and dreams. I thought I have to tell this to all world about this service, but When I search online I have seen some fraud comments against this. It is 100% false opinions as some of the competitors could play. I believed consumer complaints forum and my request is that remove the complaints if found fraud or else it will mislead others and chance to miss real service.
