Dear sir,
We come to you because of your instilling of confidence by doing the satisfactory service.
But today that is 23/08/2014 i got my car serviced at moula ali carnation, folowing are the observations.
1. The launge in the reception place is reminding pale atmosphere.
2. The car glasses are not cleaned properly.
3. Front side mats are smeared with some sticky liquid.
4. The welcoming papers on foot mats ( the imprinting brand of carnation) missing.
5. Car is giving altogether giving some different sound.
6. Gears are not smooth.
7. If carnation like reputed people do not give attention to minute details, where to go.?
8. Why final expert inspection before delivery is not done?
9. By forcing me to come to you for corrections, are you not wasting my valuable time and energy in harsh city conditions.
10. Please think and do some thing to restore my/our confidence in your ealier very satisfactory service/services.
Please do not take this as complaint.
Just i am expressing my disatisfaction over deteriorating sevice standards and falling josh in the carnation station, moula ali. Single word is just dissatisfied. I am sorry.
