I had given my Chevrolet spark for wheel alignment at Carnation, Guindy, Chennai. I had a complimentary coupon for the same. I had to wait for half an hour after which I told the front desk that since
it was getting late for office I would bring the car some other day. They told me to leave the car there and collect it later. I was not even given a chance to speak to a service advisor. In the meanwhile other customers who came later were attended to by service advisors. In spite of being embarrassed and slighted, I left the car and left for office. The car had some noise in the front suspension when driven on uneven roads and I informed this to the reception. I picked up the car in the evening and found out that the service advisor was Mr. Rahim Basha Khaleel.
I drove the car around and found out that there was no change in the ride quality. What irked me more that that was the attitude of the personnel at Carnation. No one bothered to explain what service was done. I was not provided the print out of alignment work done. I think even road-side alignment workshops provide these print outs nowadays. Another observation I had made was that the wheel rims were dirty when I had given the car for service and they were exactly in the same condition when returned. If a person had handled those dirty wheels wouldn’t there be a change in their condition?.
I had gone to Carnation with high expectations as to service and attitude of personnel. I found the experience very disappointing and much lower in terms of customer satisfaction compared to the dealer (KLN motors, Guindy). May be I was treated this way because I went there with a free coupon.

The complaint must be true as for as Guindy workshop is concerned. Because in my personal experience also I felt the same. I handed over my Getz car on 30th Jan 2012 to clear a small dent on my left doors. While they took the assignment they promised me about 95% finishing. After making so many phone calls they sent me a soft copy of estimation which was approved by the surveyor of New India Assurance before 3 days.

I made a visit after 4 days now they are promising me only for 70% finishing. Now I denied and en lighted them even plot form tinkering workers will achieve more than that So I expect more from Carnation.

After seven days a responsible person might be a front office gentle man slowly telling me, while my call to them, that dent cannot be cleared fully well, so they are going for replacement of the rear door. The insurance surveyor is not convinced and me too. When ever we go some new person will try to answer for our question with out knowing the full history of a particular transaction.

9 the day Insurance surveyor is informing me that bill reached to them. But I do not know what happened to my favorite color & branded car no any sort of intimation to me.But Carnation prepared the bill and moved for money from Insurance.

I am completely unsatisfied with the behavior of the staff at sector-5, Noida carnation service centre. My car number is UP16S 5578 sent for the servicing & some paint job on 14th feb'12. With the clear indication the bill shouldn't go above Rs. 15000/- but when i spoke to them on 16th feb'12 the car was half way serviced & i paid Rs. 12500/- advance & they gave me an estimate of Rs. 18000/- for which i immediately objected & they promised that the said amount will be adjusted within 15000/- but to my surprise when this car was delivered at my residence on 18th feb'12 without asking for balance amount but after 2 days i was called to finalise the bill.Now i was given the bill of more than 18000/- but i refused to pay as i have already asked them i want to settle the bill but everytime they say the same story the bill extra.Also they didin't ask me about the excess job neither they confirmed from me.I am ready to pay the said amount(15000) & to keep the cordial relationship with your company.My confidence is that again i have given my company car (Innova) DL 7C-5064 for which the amount of Rs. 57000/- raised by your company is also being paid but they can't cheat customers without informing about the excess payment.

These at Carnation at Guindy, Chennai are stealing petrol from car when it is given for a simple checkup and not a even a service. The have stole almost 3lts of petrol from my car right now its around( Rs:225). Please the concern department have to take necessary actions on your outlet.
