I had purchased a carnival movie card and tried booking through the app the entire day but it was not working. The. For an 8:35 show we went to the booking office and even there they said there is an issue and server is slow try it from the app. Me and my 2 friends were constantly trying and only my app went through the payment gateway and my money was deducted but no confirmation of the movie. After 25 mins.. At 9pm i get the confirmation after we had left the venue and now they refuse to refund and even cancel the card and i cannot even use the card again for the movie. My money is gone.. I could not go for the movie and still they refuse to accept their faults. Was this information helpful? |
