On 15th august of 2018 i booked two tickets online for satyameva jayate movie at carnival cinema movie world ghaziabad. When i enter screen 1 and i see my seat is not here which was not in position to watch movie. Than i contacted manager mr mayank chauhan who told that i can't do anything. His behaviour was very rude and not at all interested to listen me. So my first question is how can a manager behave like this? Secondly how carnival cinema book tickets of broken seats? Thirdly who is responsible for this? Is carnival cinema is only interested to earn money only which he is not supposed to do with providing... Was this information helpful? |
