Carnival Cinemas — not providing required services

1. The seats allotted were broken and had to be changed.
2. No card transaction facility at snacks counter.
3. The nachos combo was suppose to be with cheese and salsa dip but was not provided with cheese dip. It was provided with intervention of duty manager.
4. On being asked for complaint register it was provided with delay.
I want to complain about the misconduct of the staff who are not doing their duties properly and then letting down the entire organisation. Also without card transaction the benefit of digital india and cashless economy would never be accomplished
