I did online payment of 150 Rupees for carnival cinemas dindigul on 16/02/2017 .but i did not get any online seat confirmation or failure status from carnival side.my transaction Reference no is[protected]. and my account no is [protected], axis bank, Dindigul-2. i need failure mail from carnival to claim my refund amount.please consider this and do needful.
