On 27th of 2018 i booked three tickets online for padmavat movie at world square mall ghaziabad. When i enter screen 1 out of there seats two seats were badly broken which was not in position to watch movie. Than i contacted manager mr amzad who told that i can't do anything. His behaviour was very rude and not at all interested to listen me. So my first question is how can a manager behave like this? Secondly how carnival cinema book tickets of broken seats? Thirdly who is responsible for this? Is carnival cinema is only interested to earn money only which he is not supposed to do with providing broken chairs to customer. I hope my above-mentioned issue will be resolved immediately and put back my money immediately otherwise i have to take legal action against carnival cinema. Pathetic carnival cinema.
