On 04/02/2018 we went to watch the movie padmavat 3d at durgapur. My friend lost her purse there. We informed there and the supervisor helped us very much to find it out. But one of the security gurds (Who was checking in guests) behaviour wasvery rude and insulting. When we requested him to do the formalities quickly because we had some emergencies he replied that we can't do it right now and assume that you purse has been lost!! I am not sure whether it should be a behaviour of the security guard.
