We booked 4 tickets today by bookmyshow.

Tickets - 4, audi - 3
Platinum - a17, a18, a19, a20

Complaints -
No staff from cinema.
Some other guys sitting on our seas.
Seats condition - pathetic, seats damaged, left armrest missing.
We moved 10 rows lower (Platinum to lower category)... But same conditions of seats.
All seats dirty and whole audi had bad smell.
No staff at ending of show to guide.

Overall worst experience.
