Respected sir i have purchased a new carrier hybrid jet 1.5 inverter ac last 24th october and 2 days later i have installed the same unit in my house but at the same time unit was not functioning properly. From next day i have registered a complaint engineer visited but no results came next time i have registered a complaint but today also same result there is a major problem in indoor unit. So please i request to change the same unit and install me a proper new unit. I have totally faith on carrier product but this think dissatisfied the customer.
