Dear,

The A/C was purchased on 1st April 2021 from Farsana Electronic, Punalur
Just within after one week of purchase of the A/C (RG56CMI-W1) there was a issue observed that the remote/AC sensor is not working properly and that was informed to the purchased shop, and by 01st June 2021 the complaint was also informed to the Carrier Team (Complaint No[protected] was registered ),
and by 09 June 2021 the said complaint was cancelled without visiting) but until now no one from the company has yet been here to sort out the issue which is highly required to be rectified.
Today, 10/06/2021 again a complaint has registered (complaint No:[protected].

Including this mail, its been 3rd complaint that am reporting your team.

Kindly do the needful on urgent basis

    New carrier a/c needed gas to be filled again. A/c was bought 13 months ago but not used for more than 3 hrs in total (Due to me being out of country).

    A/c was purchased in nov 2018 and used for 1 day, i was out of country and returned back 2nd week of jan 2020. Currently out of factory warranty period, but the a/c was not used.

    It is a mid-day robbery to charge 3, 300 rs for a new a/c to be repaired, i understand we are out of the 12 months warranty. The a/c was not used since purchase after the initial testing.

      Hi,
      I purchased a carrier ac last year and got it installed by their representatives. Since then, i have had perineal issues with it. Starting from the beginning the free service people would only cheat and do nothing but wipe the ac and claim free service being done. They will only upsell for amc. The ac cooling is not upto the mark and after complaining several times, one person came and got the wet cleaning done. The ac worked fine for two months and again there is an issue with its cooling. Every now and then the ac gets clogged, water keeps draining out and they do nothing but blame one another for installation or poor servicing. I am fedup with their unprofessionalism. Now my ac has stopped cooling just after a month of its free service warranty period. Now if i have to get a service then i have to bear 700 bucks. So its like 700 bucks every 2 months as the ac seems to be defective. Carrier is cheating their customers right from the beginning. They claim that the installation is free but will make you buy stuffs worth 5-6000 during the time of installation. They will never give you a permanent solution for your ac. I need this ac to be replaced with a new one without any charge. I bought an expensive inverter ac 1.5 ton to save electricity but cant seem to cool a small room without it being switched on for 2-3 hours at 17 degrees with jet cool on.
      This is absolutely nonsense. I want a replacement or my money back!!

        Dear sir,

        This product of carrier ac is having manufacturing defects due to which core problem is not getting resolved. I will not bear the cost of repair up to 5 to 10 times every year because of the product which is having manufacturing defects.

        I'm extremely disappointed with carrier support and service are given, please go through the problem i mentioned below and provide the resolution asap without fail.

        I bought 1- ton 5-star carrier split ac on 24-jan-2018 for the new flat. Within 5 months o[censored]sage, it failed in cooling the room premise. It was under warranty so i request for a gas refilling on nov 2018. The service person came and raised an issue with the placement of the ac (It was placed at sunshade) and denied to give any services until the placement changed to the roof of the building.

        1st-time solution:
        Service person gave a solution: (Nov 2018)

        1) gas leakage due to installation prob
        2) reinstall (Charged around 7k) and refill the gas (Free)

        2nd-time solution:
        On march 2019 again facing cooling prob.
        Service person gave a solution: (March 2019)

        1) gas filling expired within 3 months. Need gas filing (2500 + gst)
        2) copper pipe quality not good and leaked somewhere. Can't be repaired (5k + gst)
        3) matching picked to the service center (500/-)

        3rd-time solution:
        Again facing cooling prob. Within the 1day.
        Service person gave a solution: (March 2019)

        1) maybe compressor problem (5 yrs. Warranty. But did not change the compressor.)

        4th-time solution:
        Again facing cooling prob. Within the 1day.
        Service person gave a solution: (March 2019)

        1) nitrogen gas does not fill in the compressor.
        2) matching picked to the service center (Free)

        5th-time solution:
        Now facing sound prob. Within the 1day.
        Service person gave a solution: (March 2019)

        1) ac motor not working properly or ac fan stopped working. The motor needs to change (2500+gst).

        Installation charge: 2780/- (Jan 2018)
        Reinstallation charge: around 7k + gass filing + conculting chager (Due to reinstall) 300/- (Nov 2018)
        Copper pipeline change: conculting chager 300/ + 5k + gass filling 1200/- + gst 216/- + travelling cost 500 + tips (14th march to april 2019)
        Motor change charged: 2500 + gst + concussion charge (14th march to till date 2019)

        Kindly look into the below issue on an immediate basis:

        1) buzzing sound or squealing noise are coming from the ac still.
        2) some times not working, don't know why!! (As per service men)
        3) if there was a compressor problem, then why the engineers or technician charged for copper pipe and gas filling??
        4) please change my defective ac and replace with the new one as soon as possible and return the amount they have charged for wrong consulting (Around 7k).

        I have raised lots of complaints but my issue is still not resolved. No one is bothering to fix the issue rather just making the customer run around... Please resolve my issue otherwise i will take legal action against carrier india. I will not recommend anyone because of its pathetic customer service and unskilled mechanic are in the company like carrier. A big company like carrier must not work in this way. There should respond sincerely.

          I have purchased a new ac 1.5 ton in 2016.ac worked fine for 1 year but it stopped working last year. Carrier service customer care person refilled the gas and said it will work fine now.

          However again i am facing same issue, ac is not doing any sort of cooling. I am very disappointed and regretting as why i bought a ac of carrier company. They said the ac has copper foil which lasted for years but results are in front of you.

          I request everyone to not to buy any goods from carrier company.

            From last 5 days i am contacting carrier service centre 3 days before they send some non professional service man without uniform and they unable to solve our problem so i refused to pay service charges that time they called their manager abhishek ([protected]) he promise that he will resolve my issue in 2 days but paid amount to their service man. I was paid the amount of 450 and wait for 2 days but now he is not answering our call. Again i call your service center they confirm that they will send senior technician (Transaction no.[protected] to resolve the problem but till date no one is coming from your company and also abhishek is not answering our calls we dont expect such service from you next time i think twice before purchasing your products also not give suggestion to buy your products to anyone.. Worst service from you kindly work on it.

              I bought window ac in the month of April there is an issue of auto cut I am facing this problem from the first day I talked to the service centre and there engineer is coming on 26th June 2018 and they said the problem is solved in 4-5 day but no response from them and I called again then they said part is not in the service centre it comes from the branch and they said the problem is resolved on 25th july but yet no response from them and today I got the message your service request is completed from the carrier service centre ..

                I am using multiple carrier AC from past 7 years but since last year they are lack in services they least bother about their consumer i have multiple times registered complaint but no action taken so far
                Last month, I requested complaint to customer care regarding fault in AC but they always send the third party person
                Even they break my ac front grill
                So i have no other option left to decline them
                who doesn’t know anything about AC they only do cleaning
                -they are not carrying any ID card
                -they decline to provide any kind of bill
                -they are very unprofessional
                -they dont have proper equipment
                Even I requested to customer care multiple times please send any authorised technician but they are not doing anything if even on this complaint they dont take any action then i have no other option left to move to consumers court
                Atleast i made 5 times complaint to customer care

                  This is to inform you that i had booked the service by calling carrier on friday.. They asked that i will get the call from engineer in 24 hrs. To book the appointment so i got the call on very same day through agency and booked the appointment for saturday the very next day after 12:30pm. Next day again agency called me to confirm the time and appointment again re-confirmed for 1:00 pm. I did wait for 1 hr. 2 hr. 3 hr. Then without wasting more time i moved for other commitments.

                  Now, kindly register my call of wasting time and even after confirming time he did not turn up.

                  Note: i also had registered the lg service and had been taken care well on saturday and your poor agency who is spoiling your name did not come. Even my father was saying to buy lg but i still bought carrier.. Sorry my mistake. I shall not repeat again and also suggest others not to buy carrier and i really mean it.

                    Respected sir/madam, i had purchased a 1.5 ton window ac of carrier company from its dealer "bhadar and co" in amritsar. After a month or so the ac started tripping on its own and was making some unusual noise. A complaint was registered wit the carrier company on its toll free no. The complaint no is 91277872. I wastold that within 24hrs action will be taken but 8 days passed and no action was taken. This complaint was done on 23rd july. So i called on toll free no again and i was told that your complaint is closed, on enquiring how they can close a complain without repair there was no answer, again they revived my complaint no, this was done on 31st of july. Still no one came. I again called the customer care on 2nd of aug and they say that mu dealer is only service provider and they have informed him.
                    My only request is either the company shoul be penalised for not able to provide service whent the product is in warranty period or the dealer" bhadar and co " licence to be cancelled who cannot provide services even after repeated reminders
                    Hoping that an appropriate action will be taken.

                      I have bought Carrier Split Air conditioner 6 months back.However since day 1 i am facing some sorts of issue. Sometime it gives gas leakage problem, some times it gets switch off automatically and now the display unit of device has stopped working.I have logged complaints several times but nothing commendable is done. Display unit of my device is not working since last 2 months, after logging complaint an engineer visited my place and during his 2nd visit he took that part with him to get it replace as it seems to be faulty one. Its been more than one month and that part is still not replaced. It was new AC which i bought and i am still facing those issues My complaint number with Carrier is 91110081 and it was logged in the month of Oct.

                        Hi,

                        I bought carrier air-condition on[protected] from unique enterprises.
                        Since the day I have bought this air-condition, it started giving me issues. They took my air-condition to there service station 5 times and for 3 weeks I was not able to sleep as my room was on top floor, I have called the company many times, I have e-mailed them a lot but they took it so lightly and took so much time to repair. After 3 weeks it again stopped working, again they took it to there service station after requesting many times. It again started making noise and then I lost all hope. 2nd year it was same condition, no cool, making noise and its 3 year and I am still in the same situation.
                        I have evidence of all my e-mails which I marked to carrier.
                        I would like to mark an official complaint for selling me a faulted air-condition. I want all my money to be refunded with compensation for the trouble I have faced. Its for the first time I have approached a consume court and I have a lot of hope in you. Please help me.

                            I purchased one AC of 1.5 ton from M/ s Single Refrigeration , shop No. 27, Bais Godam , Industrial Area, Jaipur on dated 20. 05. 2012 and it was installed after 10 days by the firm. Now, I register my complaint with the firm July 27, 2012 , but it has not been attended till date by the company or the dealer. This shows very poor service of Carrier air conditioner company. The complaint is that the water drops fall through AC within five to ten minutes after put on the unit.
                            May I hope that the complaint will be attended today. If not, then how many days it will take to rectify the problem.

                              We have given our Carrier AC for gas refilling on 6th July. It is already covered under AMC till 2013 . They have promised us the delivery within next 2 days but till date (14th July) there is no response from their end. we have been trying to reach them on phone but either they disconnect the phone or speak rudely without giving any answer. They are also asking us to give additional payment in advance before delivery.

                              Neither they are sharing the address of the dealer nor sharing the status of our AC.

                              PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE........

                                I, Genelia's Father have purchased Eight Carrier Air Conditioners from Croma, Bandra vide Invoice No: SLF02A[protected] dt. 15.5.2011. We had requested them to send Carrier Technician for installation. The Technician came across and said that they are very busy and can only install the ACs after 15 days to 30 days.
                                Since it was very urgent and we had some important guests coming over to stay I brought my trained technicians from my office and we installed the ACs. Now, after 6 to 7 months one AC is not cutting off. The Unit is remaining in an "On" condition and Ice is forming. I registered a Complaint No: MUM1003 dated 15.12.2011 with Carrier. Till present date my problem has not been resolved. Over the phone the Carrier person Shrijat says that they are not going to do the Warrant rectification since they had not installed the ACs.
                                This is not the way a reputed Company like Carrier holds his esteemed customer to ransom. Firstly they are not abiding by the Customers request to install the ACs urgently. Secondly, they are not giving the Warranty Service when required.

                                  Please NEVER BUY A CARRIER AC IN THE NOIDA REGION..........because you will be forced to avail after-sale service from the authorized centre HI-TECH SERVICES, B-14, SECTOR-64, NOIDA. PH- [protected] and[protected].

                                  I AM VERY UNHAPPY AND HARRASSED BY THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE ABOVE CENTRE FOR MY CARRIER WINDOW 1.5 TON AC, over the last five years.

                                  I SUSPECT MY AC HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH BY HI-TECH SERVICES WHEN TAKEN BY THEM TO THEIR WORK-SHOP, FOR REPAIRS.

                                  I say this because in five years (including one year of warranty on entire unit) almost all parts of the AC have been found faulty and replaced - WITH FULL COST TO US INCLUDING THE ESCALATING SERVICE CHARGE-

                                  I have paid for new PCB, NEW FAN MOTOR, GAS FILLING HAS HAPPENED TWICE EVERY SEASON, and the latest compressor change ( which was within 5year warranty hence done free of cost but with only one month guarantee and with gas filling charge of 2758 rupees). YES, THE MONTH HAS FINISHED AND THE AC IS NOT WORKING....

                                  i condemn the carrier company for authorizing repairs to HI-TECH SERVICES, B-14, SECTOR-64, NOIDA. PH- [protected] and[protected].

                                  Hope new unsuspecting consumers stand warned!!!!

                                    I am a distressed customer call who has made every attempt to chase people in service and sales to get the broken Carrier AC wind flap replaced.

                                    I have recently bought a carrier AC 1.5 ton from Croma [Kaushambi-Pacific Mall Ghaziabad U.P. India] , the AC was deliver on the 20th April and the installation was done on 22nd April , while installing , the engineer who had come from some franchise / service [third party] told me that the AC wind flaps is broken and he himself lodged a complaint with Croma and got it registered with Carrier service centre ] , It has been since then I have been calling people in Croma & Carrier to the franchise people , there is no one taking the responsibility to get the AC wind flap replaced.

                                    Croma by the way are also very poor in Customer Service

                                    I got Carrier email address from the envelope that came along with the AC delivery , I had not opened it it till now , it was good to see that the letter boasts and welcomes customer for the service , but do they really provide service to your Customer , I doubt that they would have a single record of a satisfied customer. That is my experience with Carrier

                                    I am not emailing to request for service anymore but want to make them aware that they have not just lost me as a customer , but to tell them that their service is just pathetic and their are not going to make it to the next level.

                                        I bought 2 ton spilt AC on 10 th Nov. 2009.through Eltec Corporation,West Mambalam ,Chennai.From the day it was installed it was running into problems. First they filled the gas and with in two months again cooling problem developed. Service personnel(Refimac) took the outer unit for repairing claiming that some welding lleakage problem .After repairing the unit was installed and again the same problem cropped up with in two days.Again they want to take both outer and inner unit for inspection.Reguest to chage the AC is not complied. I am subjected to lot of frustration and mental STRESS and it is reguested to change the unit with the fresh one to solve the problem once and for all.

                                        carrier/ Air conditioner — AC,s not working

                                        I have bought 10 nos AC, s from carrier through their dealer Star enterprises having their office in sector - 10, Noida. The owner is Mr. sharma mobile no [protected]. I paid him for aokell Ac's in October 08.only but despite repeated folllow ups he installed 9 ac's in the month of march 09 when my interiors were done. he broke the walls & pipes can be seen over wall. After that too ac's are not working. At times only one or two are working.I persuaded him so many times but all gone vain. I complained to company also several times but still ac's not working. Complain nos are DEL3075April), DEL 3947 (19 May 09), Del 5389 (25 May 09).I spoke to company persons also Mr. Satish Sharma([protected]), Mr. Nagpal & Mr. bharat([protected]) but the situation is same.the acs are in restaurant & we suffering heavy losses in this summer. Two nos ac's still not connected. one i have not received yet.

                                        I have taken the split AC Durakool ‘5’star from the shop Sargam (Sakchi, Jamshedpure) on 22/01/11 unfortunately it was not cool from 19/09/11 . It was found by your authorize dealer service (Aircon System Engineers Pvt. Ltd) people that it gas as leakage. After investigation that it was found that install by ordinary mechanic by the shop keeper and he was not properly install due to that it was break down earlier.
                                        This is the information and action pls.

                                        i have taken two cassets air conditioner of carrier on last september. from very first day these acs were giving problem. we intimate on daily bases to carrier customer care about these problem, but no proper action was taken till today. even today both ac are not working. kindly take any serious action and take these ac back.

                                        It acts like a cooler, just throws cool air instead of cooling the complete room.

                                          I had purchased one Carrier brand Window AC 1.5 ton GenX range in March' 2007.

                                          My grievances are :

                                          1> Product Related : The machine is not performing form the date purchase as
                                          the cooling cut off was 23 degree and above. In the second year of the Purchase it has gone up to 27 degree. The machine is only two-year old.

                                          2> The air conditioning Capacity Calculator of Carrier India website suggests that for my kind of room the capacity requirement is not even one ton whereas the AC machine I have bought is having a capacity of 1.5 tons.

                                          3> After receiving my complaints, Carrier India has blocked feature of " air conditioning Capacity Calculator " to conceal their misdeeds of Misleading Consumers.

                                          Recommendation : If you want to buy an Air Conditioner for One Season only then buy Carrier Airconditioner.

                                          i have bought a Carrier S/AC Duracool Star on 24.4.2011. I got my delivery on 25.4.11 but even today the AC is in packed condition. Nobody came to install it. However, a person came yesterday to show demo, but since the AC was not installed he went back after saying that he may be informed after installing the AC. Can you tell me what I have to do. Either it is the duty of the company/agent or the consumer. I may also be told that from which date its guarantee will start i.e. ether from the date of its purchase or the date of installation.

                                          Carrier Air Conditioning — Non Availability of Service

                                          Dear Sir,

                                          I have taken Carrier AC in 2007 & every year I am taking PAID AMC (Annual maintanince Contract). Every year my AC go to workshop because of Gas leakgae , this is my first concern that product is so bad or service is poor.

                                          Secondly , this year also i have taken PAID AMC in Apr 11 & chekced by them. It was OK at that time but again now gas leaked.I registered complain on 04th May 11 & continously follow up with company agency but they very casullay say 'GAS IS OUT OF STOCK' & its being not attended.

                                          If in the summer season they are not able to resolve such problems then there is no point of AMC

                                          Please help.

                                          Poor quality of stablizer and very very poor service of Carrier AC company: I have purchased one split AC of 1.5 tonne capacity in May 2012 from M / s Singhle Refrigeration, Baies Godam Jaipur. He could install AC after 10 days of the purchase due to non availability of 5.0 KV Stablizer of Carrier company. He then install the 4.0 KV stablizer and it went out of order in the first week of October 2012 and it was checked by their technicians on dated 07.10.2012 and they collected the equipment for replacement within 2 to 3 days. Almost, one week has passed but it has not yet replaced and no satisfactory reply from the firm till date.
                                          Therefore, I will not advise for the purchase of Carrier company's product in future.

                                          I am Sajeev Kumar Chief Engineer of The Raviz Hotel, Kollam. The following are some of the pending complaints in our Hotel.After several reminders through the phone and mails, we are not getting service support especially from your service team. So, please go through this and do the needful ASAP.

                                          We were having AMC for High side and low side.

                                          Heritage block

                                          1.One AC plant both the control boards are complaint.
                                          2. Primary and secondary pumps are leaking.
                                          3. One secondary making high noise.
                                          4. One AC plant flow switch is not working properly.
                                          5. Some of the FCU actuator valves are not functioning.
                                          6. Water sweating in some rooms because there is no proper insulation and there is no tray below the stainer.
                                          7. AHU require proper service.

                                          Tower Block (these complaints are from the garrenty period and we are having the evidence of reporting the same in these period)

                                          1.One compressor making high noise.
                                          2. One secondary is tripping due to high temperature and the other one’s VFD showing the error.

                                            Hi,
                                            I have purchasd a carrier Air Conditioner (Window-2 tonnes) in April-2009.
                                            There are complaints from the very 1st dat.

                                            First of all, no company person visited for the installation. I have to arrange for local carpenter and electrician and have to paid to them.

                                            Secondly, from the day on installation only, there was some unusual noise coming from the AC. I contacted customer care, made request again, but no follow-up was there from the company .

                                            After 5 months, I got a call from Carrier asking for my experience. I told them that I have a complaint, they said they will take care- but again no feedback.

                                            Yesterday (4h Sep-09') also, I got a similar call asking am I getting my regular free services or not.
                                            I am eligible to get free service every 4 months, but surprisingly I have got none by now.


                                            I am really very-very annoyed from the services of career.

                                            We have puchased one window type AC of carrier in august 2006 .now it got some problem on which we made a complaint to the local delaer of carrier from whom we made the purchase. Now it has passed around 20 days but no service is provided till date inspite of telephonic reminders daily. The dealer name nad address is Gaba electricals, Jasvinder gaba U-43, gole market, Meera Marg Rudrapur Pn.No.[protected] of the dealer.. You rae requested to take necessary action against the dealer.

                                              from last month i am complainting them that my AC in not working,
                                              they attened my complaint after a 10 days and they took some part of my AC (on the 7 of may 2008)by assureing me that they will repair my AC part in 2 days and my AC will start again and they are still not back and they have not made any contact to me.even they are not responding my calles.i am really frustated from their service, so please help me out with it and tell me the procedure to sue the company.

                                              I am purchased window A.C. of Carrier company. Within 5 months one day suddenly stopped A.C. I am complain with Shop keeper and their service man come and they inform us Motor is out of order. I want to know from you It is compnie's A.C. and only 5 months passed can i got new A.C. from Carrier company. Otherwise I can used full life repaired parts of A.C.

                                              I purchased carrier Durakool AC of 1.5 ton in the month of june 2007.We are also facing some problem . we raised several complaints stating that we couldnot use it. but none turned up from the customer service. Very poor customer service. i will not recommend for any one about carrier product.

                                              I purchased carrier split AC of 1.5 ton in the month of APRIL 2008.I started using it in april 2008 but it was not working.Even after several complains in carrier AC call center no technician had visite my home and rectify my problem.

                                              It seems that i did a mistake by purchasing carrier AC.
                                              For service purpose i give my ac to carrier on 08.03.2010 but still now there is no response. and i complint in delhi customer care also ( complint number - CHN 0342 ) but no use.

                                              i have doubt in carrier any body is there????????????????? if any manager working in carrier pls service for the customer ...

                                              we are from FAMILY CREDIT LTD, BHUBANESWAR, newly enter in to AMC agreement with CARRIER AC LTD.Bhubaneswar branch. we are already kept the cheque of Rs 2, 26, 000.but after repeatedly request no one showing thier single response towards us.so we are facing lots of problem with our AC.
                                              from last 10 days we filed a complaints of SPLIT AC.
                                              first complaints was lodged on 13 may complaints no. del4386, second complaints made on 16 may 2011 compalints no. del547, third complaints made on 17 may 2011 complaints no. del 5700.

                                              but nobody are taking any action . pl immedialy repair our AC. otherwise we will lodge a complaints in consumer courts.

                                              I have purchased the Carrier 1 tonne AC over LG or Samsung or Bluestar with a view that Carrier is the best. I purchased the product on 25June 2010 and to my utmost surprise, after 2 months of operation ( july august of 2010) the AC is dead. DEAD.

                                              People from carrier said that the Motor is dead, what the HELL !! Just 2 months in service and the motor is dead. I am gonna make sure that nobody, I mean nobody who knows me buy a CARRIR AC, and will make sure who even does not know me makes the same mistake. I am a blogger by profession and I am gonna blog hard against Carrier.

                                              Carrier/ AC — AC not being repaired during warranty period

                                              I had bought Carrier AC from AC World, A-2, Sector 58, Noida on 11th May 2011. It has a one year warranty and one year extended warranty.

                                              Within a week of installing the AC, it started giving weird smell (possible gas leakage). On calling the customer service repeatedly, they came once and said that the outlet was choked which they were opening. The Service provided was dissatisfactory and could not rectify the problem properly.

                                              After a few days of the Service visit, the AC cooling reduced drastically. It did not cool even a small room. We lodged a complaint again with Carrier Call Centre. This was done on July 21 and the complaint reference number was GH0532. However, Carrier did not send anyone to fix it. We called many times for this and raised another complaint for this on August 19. Its number was GHZ0423. Carrier has still not sent any one to fix this.
                                              This has been one of the worst experiences we have had with any electronic buy. Request an immediate action on this issue by the Consumer Forum.

                                              also they say we will do, will do..., what will do and when will do..., not known.summer is passing on.plz go for customer satisfaction I think it will be your GOAL.
