Vikram — Traffic pollution and violation.

Pondicherry, a well known cultured town, attracting various tourists and other visitors all around the state and country. Tragic situation here is its worst traffic violation... Traffic police are keen to bribe from new comers to this town, especially those vehicles with TN, KA, KL registration and never look for traffic violation by PY registered vehicles. To mention specifically, the local transport vehicles with brand VIKRAM and Auto rickshaw are prime culprits. Rude riding of auto rickshaw, no signals by VIKRAM (even they cant look or use their rear mirror to see back), with no proper stopping limits, ... likewise one cant list to 100 or so... The drivers behave as if they were CM or some VIP of this State... and often argue with the victim (i.e., the person met accident and who suffered a lot) using vulgar words.... the victim has to be ashamed of this incidence after... in reality most of driver were not native of Pondicherry.
the other important point to notice is that the smoke from their vehicle... its like from chimney... if anyone follow this vehicle with white shirt... they had to suffer a lot ....
What all these Traffic police and Pollution control Board are doing?
Are they waiting for someone else to complaint for this to take action or are they looking for some tragic accident to happen?

No Pondicherry Citizen can take this at ease....
