[Resolved] CarTrade.com — cartrade delhi employee behaviour | |||||
I had uploaded my car detail on cartrade.com for sell.2 days later i called to check how we will i proceed about selling my car and had the most horrible experience ever. I humbly called and told them that i have listed my car online on cartrade.com for sell and since i did not get any call, wanted to know the procedure for selling my car with cartrade. The employee did not pay attention to what i was saying and was asking the same question again and again and laughing at me. And i was saying it again and again. He was laughing at me and asked whom did you speak with to sell the car, despite of telling him again and again that i went online and posted on their website. The guy was trying to make fun of me, he was laughing at me and was not even paying attention to what i was saying. If this kind of staff sits on customer service desk, then god help cartrade.com.
