Carysil / Kitchen Sink (Double) — Carysil sink delivered with cracks

Hi I ordered for 2 carysil sinks from JP Cermaics Bangalore. Upon delivery, we noticed that one of the sinks had a crack. We informed the dealer and they informed Carysil office in Jayanagar in turn. It has been several weeks since the inspection from the company and I have not heard back from Carysil on the next steps. My architect tells me that there have been other cases of such defects with Carysil sinks for his other clients also. I start to wonder whether Carysil stands for "care less" for customers.
