Dear sir,
This is ashutosh, we have booked the casa royal banquet for wedding on 3rd may 2020. But due to lockdown wedding has been canceled of 3rd may-2020.
We called to banquet manager to refund the money that i paid in advance at booking time, but still they ignored our request and did not refund money, nor, pick up the call there.
We have all legal documents that we received from banquet after confirm the booking. We paid him by cheque.
