I had ordered a couple of jerseys from this website. And have been trying to get in contact with them but there has not been any reply. I want to cancel my order and get my money back it's been more than 45 days but they are simply not responding. Based on the website they say they'll get back within 72 hours but i haven't ever heard from them after innumerable mails sent to them. I believe this is fraud and seek help as to how to get my money back?

Call them on [protected] to check for your order status.

They told me the shipment from vendor is on its way.

I placed an order on www.caseitup.in and made a payment of 999 online. The order id was CIU#6481 and the order was placed on 21st August, 2019. According to their shipping policy, the delivery time is 45-65 working days. However, till date i.e., 3rd January, 2020, I haven't received the order. The customer care number is no longer reachable.
