I purchased Hoodie kit from Case it up India company and payment has been done before delivery Rs. 1299 but many months has been gone and I didn't received any messages or any products from this is company. I ordered an arsenal away jersey from case it up india on 10 sep 2019 and it hasnt delivered till now and now they have discontinued their mobile customer service .Last time they told me it will be delivered this week . I had ordered a chelsea bag on 29th of november, which costs ₹800. I had paid the required amount on that day. But surprisingly, it's been 58 days since i ordered, and till now i haven't received any single update about my order. The website said that the shipping wilp be done and the same will be intimated in our respective emails. But sadly i haven't received any emails as of now.
