This complaint is regrading the poor details on my order.
I had placed an order for a pair of football jersey and was also confirmed with an email on 29th october, 2019.
And the order number goes as 'order #ciu8531'.
As stated in their shipping policy it says 45-90 days and its already 90 days so far and i haven't received any info on my product.
Since then there is no follow up whats so ever with any mails regarding my order and also the helpline number provided on site is switched off 24/7. Please help me to reach out to them or a refund.

Now they are not replying on my email
Their website is also not opening.
