I had ordered a chelsea bag on 29th of november, which costs ₹800. I had paid the required amount on that day. But surprisingly, it's been 58 days since i ordered, and till now i haven't received any single update about my order. The website said that the shipping wilp be done and the same will be intimated in our respective emails. But sadly i haven't received any emails as of now. Above all, they have not been responding to my emails which they have said that they will respond within 24 hours. Its really disappointing and please take some actions.
