Dear Company Executive,
I want to request you about a online fraud payment by a mobile accessories company called CASE STUDIO based in Chandigarh as their website show. Actually on 29/07/2021 I was wondering for my mobile accessories online then I found a website named www.casestudio.in or www.millioncases.com then I saw their products which I liked it then I decided to buy a mobile case and tempered glass protector which was about Rs 1349 ( one thousand three hundred & forty nine rupees). I paid this amount through my UPI named PHONE PAY (pls see attachment) unfortunately after my payment the company send a confirmation email about my order then I noticed some suspicious information on my order after that I checked on Google about this company then I got shocked to knew that I had become a online fraud victim. Then I called their numbers and send messages through email but no response. Now I want to request you kindly block or suspend their account from Razorpay ASAP because they are not just doing online fraud with people they are also ruining your well famed company name as well and moreover it is my humble request to you kindly refund my money as well from their account so I will get proper justice. I used your platform many times for online payments and I never had any problems but this time it's a absolutely ridiculous thing happened with me. Once again it is my humble request to you kindly solved my issue as soon as possible so In future I can use razorpay without any threat or hesitation.
