We order original one plus adapter and usb type-c cable, and they send duplicate product and not even receiving call, and not responding to emails. Please take action on the same.

Recently ordered a phone case for one plus 8 pro worth Rs 999. The customer care number in not reachable and there are no updates regarding my order.
