Casecue — Scam with customers

I ordered a case from casecue online and when it arrived it was different case some cheap copy of the case i ordered i put in a request for return and sent emails which haven’t been reply to and the phone number given on the website is invalid.

Yes same happened with me i got fraud for 1000 rs today I've also sent a mail request but they are all fake. What to do now ?

This company is still running ads on Instagram and cheating customers. Ordered a case worth 399 but never received it. Someone needs to take some action or more people will keep getting scammed.
