I have ordered iphone 15 cover but received different model cover. Order no. CC24446IN
there is no contact no. on the website for support.
Sent email, messages on insta and query on website but no answer....

I placed an order on casecue on 29/11/2024. I have tried reaching out to them through email, WhatsApp and Instagram no response. If I try to track the order through the WhatsApp bot. It’s say invalid order ID. I paid Rs 809.10.

Wrong product received and vendor not refund the amount against the order no-CC18341IN.

I ordered 2 iphone cases through casecue website on May 16th 2024. I received an order no through my e-mail and the shipment has not been made till date. (order id: CC15177IN - amount Rs 949)

I sent an e-mail on May 25th to cancel my order, as there is a delay. I just realised they dont have a customer support number nor any contact number to discuss the issue. I have sent repeated e-mails to [protected]@casecue.in for which they have not responded till date.

Request you to please get my payment back.

I have placed an order through casecue website based on an ad in the Instagram. However, once the order is placed, there is no update from the vendor and the order is not processed nor shipped. It has been more than 20 days since the order has been placed in the first week of May. When I have emailed the Support in the website, they did not respond in spite of multiple reminders. Secondly, the shop address in the given address is completely fake. I could not spot anything in the In Google maps. This is absolutely cheating through social media ads, especially Instagram.

I ordered two Iphone cases worth 999rs, and received cheap 50rs iPhone Xr case....

I have ordered 2 phone cases for my iphone 12 pro max order id #CC14440IN on 3 May 2024. I am trying to reach them via email, website, instagram to get the status of the order but there is no response whatsoever and there is absolutely radio silence. I have paid INR 949/- in advance. The order is still showing as under process....

I have ordered back cover for iPhone 15 on 25th April 2024 which is cost around Rs. 650 and as per their policy they ship the item in 4-5 business days. But it’s been two week I have not received my shipment, as I checked the status is still unfulfilled. They are actually a scammer who take the money from customer and disappear. Many customer has raised a complaint against Casecue and this time to take a strict action against this company else they will continue to fool people on Instagram or any other social platform. Kindly take a strict action and I need my money back.

Ordered couple of silicon cases for iPhones. While ordering, the estimated arrival date was 20th March. Since the day of order, they haven’t processed anything and not responding to any of the emails. If feel, my money ₹1949 is looted. Need it back....

I purchased 2 mobile covers worth Rs1999 from casecue.in. I paid online but the seller now is not sending the product. I have dropped multiple emails but getting no reply. Also there is no phone number with whoch I can contact them. Can you please help in getting my money back?

Actually I ordered 13 pro silicone cases - 2 cases I ordered, but what I got is 1 case that to iPhone 8 . Since many days I’m trying to contact them, but I can’t able to.And they are not know responding to mails

I have ordered 2 straps for Rs999 online 2 weeks back from the website www.casecue.com and did the online payment . I received a mail saying my shipment will be shipped as soon as possible after which i have no responds from the team.

I ordered 3 cases for iPhone 13 @ Rs.599 as shown on the site(i.e., www.casecues.com) the order is delivered by DTDC courier service.After receiving my order there was only 1 case instead of 3 and that too for iPhone 7 plus.l don't know what to do and how to contact the site they are bloody cunning people they are not even active.This is an open fraud and should not be appreciated.we should discuss on how to take an action against casecue.

I ordered iphone xr case from their website and paid them online. Now their website is not working. even though sending mails to their support id not replies from them. At least they could give me a refund

I have purchased 2 phone cases from casecue. One is of iPhone 12 (Green) other one is iPhone 13 (White). In delivered package I have received only one case that too red in colour. I have sent multiple emails and initiated return request for the same order on the same day. But it seems seller is not responding and they are cheating and looting money from people on name of e-commerce.

Ordered a phone case worth 399 on Jun 22nd but never received the order. Customer support does not respond.

Their Instagram account still runs ads occassionally to trap customers and that's how I too was scammed.

I ordered the product from them after the payment was completed, but they are not responding and their customer care numbers are not active and I am unable to cancel the order. and they are not giving any resonance to mails.

Kindly take an action to block the website and save the people falling into their trap.

I ordered 2 cases form this oije brand Casecue and got it delivered today. It's a complete scam. First they sent me wrong case with cheap quality. Didnt even get 2 cases. I requested for return didn't even get a reply back and the phone number is also fake. Pls help me pls help me.

I ordered a case from casecue online and when it arrived it was different case some cheap copy of the case i ordered i put in a request for return and sent emails which haven’t been reply to and the phone number given on the website is invalid.
