I have ordered a case iphone 14 pro max, for 699. This was ordered on 4th August. After that I have mailed them twice about what is the update as this was supposed to be a gift for my boyfriend. There is no response regarding my order nothing is being done about it and this is freaking me out as I don't want to lose money and not even get the product.
