I had ordered a Red Silicon iphone 12 cover from CaseCue on 4th May 2024. Today on 8th May 2024 I received a wrong cover of a different model phone with a different colour.

I have ordered a iPhone 12 silicon case for Rs.699 from casecues website. But the delivery is still pending nor I have any update from the company. Kindly register this as a fraud case.
Payment is already done online. Order receipt attached.

I had ordered an iphone SE 2022 thin case. The item delivered was wrong. I requested a return but there was no response from them. Following are the details:

Ordered two iPhone 14 pro max silicon cases and in return received some cheap quality cover and it looks like they must be kidding for real bcos the product sent will not even suit any phone … I am so horrified with these scammers and I am shooked there is nothing that can be done in order to stop these cut throat online fraud by taking customers confidential information and on top of that asking to initiate the payment online … these...

I have ordered a case iphone 14 pro max, for 699. This was ordered on 4th August. After that I have mailed them twice about what is the update as this was supposed to be a gift for my boyfriend. There is no response regarding my order nothing is being done about it and this is freaking me out as I don't want to lose money and not even get the product. I hope I either get the money back or atleast get a good quality case delivered.

It’s a fraud company. I have ordered case for IPhone 13pro silicone ( 2 numbers ) and I got iPhone 8 plasticky case. There isn’t a number to contact them.

The order was placed on 6th of Jan, received an order confirmation email during the time of placing order.

Haven’t received any updates after that.

I dropped an email to [protected]@casecues.com yeaterday, but did not receive a response.

I ordered 3 cases for iPhone 13 @ Rs.599 as shown on the site(i.e., www.casecues.com) the order is delivered by DTDC courier service.After receiving my order there was only 1 case instead of 3 and that too for iPhone 7 plus.I don’t know what to do and how to contact the site they are bloody cunning people they are not even active.This is an open fraud and should not be appreciated.we should discuss on how to take an action against casecue
