I ordered iphone case and watch cover worth rs.1050. it has been more than one month but i have not received my order. Even after so many reminders and follow ups noone is answering

They are giving threat messages to us that If you will not remove our complaint then we will not give your delivery. I have attached screenshot also from the whats app chat. These are the proof that they have threatened us and also not giving refund of our money neither delivering product
