Order a 500 rs iPhone case from caseily 2 months ago but the product is not delivered till yet after so many request’s and reminder still they haven’t delivered me my package every time the make new excuses and postponed the delivery to next week they should be punished for doing fraud’s to so many people they also provided my a fake track id they also said it doesn’t matter if I make a complain against them or report them.

Ordered three items on 10th May. While ordering, I also enquired about two things - Casetify cases and iPad cases, which he sent me photos of and within the same hour, also put story highlights of those two things. After repeated follow ups from my end since second week of me placing the order I haven’t received my products. The owner Khushal Rita hasn’t sent me any tracking ID and kept promising to deliver within 1 week...

I ordered a iphone case for 650 from this fraud Khushal Rita who has instagram page named caseilyaccessories who thinks he is “funny”. It’s been almost 3 months and yet I haven’t received my order. When you ask him for the delivery of the order he will try to act funny, cool and sarcastic (which he is definitely not). He thinks its just 650 ruppees so why are you making a fuss about it let it slide. He is an illiterate “entrepreneur ” whose bio says he is a banker graduate but who doesn’t under the basic concept of business that is you take money in exchange of the product. He thinks all the customer he deals with are his dads and the money he has scammed from everyone is his birth right. He is a scammer, a fraudster and a thief.

So basically I ordered a back cover for my iPhone 14 on 2 Feb, 2024 amount of Rupees.260. From that day I got baseless answers from the dealer so I found it a little bit doubtful but I kept trusting this guy but as I went through this website I completely believed that he was a fraud guy and scamming everyone so be aware of this guy. So I need a help to recover my money or else I get my order ASAP.

Its been 2 months i ordered from him still dont have any detail, if you ask him for detail baseless replies and simply saying[protected] k liye aise kya kr rahe ho, he dont even know the way to deal still saying we will deliver your order, useless guy wastage of time and money, be aware of such fraudster, even if you asking him their are alot of complaints against him online, he is saying mene paise lene h unse to unhone complaint dal di that's a different matter and all.

Context: I had ordered phone case of Rs 900 a month ago from this instagram page.. I am attaching the profile..t the mental stress that this guy has given me for a month deserves a lesson.. he didnt give tracking id .. gives false hopes it will deliver thus week all fraud..I have ordered from other instagram pages but none had given me headache.. This guy didnt even respond in time after receiving money.. If he did, kept on reassuring me that my order has dispatched but never gave me tracking id.. I lost my mind after 1 whole month that if he doesnt want to send the product atleast tell it clearly rather than giving me stress…I told him that even if i lose my money i will post this on reddit so this scammer gets reported he said do what you want i cant do anything to his business of scam and blocked me..I just want you people to report this page so he doesnt cheat other people.. I am writing to file a formal complaint against Khushal Rita regarding a transaction for which I have not received the ordered product, despite over a month having passed. The purpose of this complaint is to seek appropriate action against this individual and protect other consumers from potential fraud.

I placed an order for a product worth Rs 399 with Khushal Rita through his online instagram page.

However, the product has not been delivered to me until this date. Despite numerous attempts to contact Khushal Rita for updates and resolution, I have faced nothing but unprofessional behavior and false promises.
Khushal Rita has exhibited a pattern of fraudulent and continuously assuring me that the product will be delivered the following week without any intention of fulfilling their commitment. This has caused me significant inconvenience, financial loss, and mental distress. Though the order amount was just INR 399 but it was my hard earn money which he scammed

Beware of this fraudster .

I ordered goods worth Rs.8000 from caseily accessories in March 2023 and till date i have not received any goods which i ordered and when inquired he is giving me same logic as he did to everyone else here . Few days back he agreed for a reorder for same amount of money which i have paid him but again there was no response after that .
So last week i have filed a legal complaint against him at Indian Cyber Crime Department and when informed to him he baceme all goody goody at first then threatening me to sue me for slandering and bad behaviour !! I found it really really funny !!
I really dont care about that money but what i came here is for if anyone of you wants to file legal complaint against him then reply me back i will tell you the procedure ! its quite easy just need some chat proofs and payment proofs thats it ! I am going to make him travel to my city quite a few times now !! These kind of fraudsters should be set this way only !!

Products were ordered through instagram and paid by UPI, but the products never got delivered. Its been 2 months. I do got a bill and that guy didn't have the address on the bill. When I asked for the product delivery delay, they mentioned the delivery partner side issue and it got returned and they will resend. They said the same for almost a month and now they don't reply or respond to anything but they do still post products on Instagram and cheat people.

HI this is to bring to your attention that I had ordered multiple products from here but last 1 year I paid 2500 for AirTag and 450 for an adaptor, I have called n number of times plus messages every time he just replied can't you wait for such a small thing grow and all when I say for a refund only he is like inflation hai and all and never come's to pay back after tracking calling him n number of time, he is only shipped to will be sent be clam when said will complain he only has one thing do whatever u feel I don't give a dam.
I am going to write to all the addresses available plus to GST as well and fraud complains to all the nearby police stations whichever address he has shared as he pretends that he is untouchable. I am looking for my refund now been more than a year will share some pics for reference if needed can contact me for more details pics everything.
Will also complain about harassment and mental agony as well after waiting for so long blocked me never ever pics all.

The guy behind this is Khushal Rita, who is completely fraud, he took money from customers and never ship products, I pay him via GPAY Rs. 798, he only send invoice which is downloaded from vyapar app and never ship or delivered product after that.

I will further escalate this complaint and make sure he gets the right treatment.

Khusal Narsi Rita is a fraud . I had ordered 4 cases from him and it’s been 2months and I have not got the order yet. I firmly believe he is a gay and does such nuisance because he isn’t a mard. Such shameless people have to be behind bars or clapping in signals.

Khushal Rita is a homosexual fraud who fantasies over other people’s profile pictures rather than delivering orders. I have purchased 2 mobile cases and payment of 850 was sent on Gpay. It’s been 12days now and our hero has not sent any tracking or confirmation. I will lodge a complaint against such germs in the society and make sure a fraud like him is behind bars.

Kushal Rita and caseily is a big fraud. He fantasies over other people’s profile pic but can’t deliver the order. He just wastes time and fools around. It has been 12days since I ordered and now he has stopped responding to my calls and messages.
