Brother he has cheated you. I had placed an order of Rs 550 as well and he wasted 3months of mine! I chased him every week but he kept on saying’Ye Week Fix Hai’. He will never share tracking as there is no such item with him. I reported his Instagram account and got it blocked. Be assured he will ask to remove the complaint and he will resume delivery! Don’t fall in to the trap and keep your friends aware about this fraud. If needed i can show you all the chats, promises etc with him! Buy from authentic sources and not from these habitual cheaters who dont have any moral and make their living by cheating others!
