The person Kush Rita runs the instagram page Caseily and a lot of allied pages. He sends the invoice but doesnt send the product. He kept saying it was out of delivery zone so we have sent it again via express shipping. He copy pasted the same another week and then eventually i read complaints online. When i asked for a refund he said they have a no refund policy. A joke basically, so even if no product is sent you wont get a refund. This is a proper scam and spoiling the business for a lot of other legitimate businesses being run on instagram Was this information helpful? |

As per protocal we had provided him the time frame of the delivery and asked him to wait to get delivered till the given time frame.
But we didnt knew the guy was mentally disturbed.
He next day itslef the order placed started 10 calls 20cals which was considered as harreshment and started torturing our customers which is totally incorrect . We gave multiple warnings too . But the behaviour was too poor he took our picture without our concent which is illegal in law.
For that reason we said until u dnt behave or apolozise in written we will keep the delivery on hold ! . Which is fair enough . When eva he apolozise it ll be resumed back . !
