Caseitup.in — missing item/ damaged product

I had ordered 2 phone cases on 1st july from caseitup.in and made a advance payment of rs 798 for it. It was promised to deliver within 12 business days. Which didn't happen, even after continues mail i had no answer. I finally received the order after a month but only 1 phone case, that too damage. I have yet again mailed them regarding this and i have no reply, please suggest what to do.

I was hoping of receiving a tracking number for my order but no response was given towards my order My order number is (CIU8112). I ordered this on 11th October 2019 and the payment was done by my bank of Rs799/-
