I had ordered a personalised jersey for caseitup.com it has been more than 2 years they have not delivered it I understand that there was corona pandemic but now it is all done still they are not delivering and giving excuses

Hi i ordered a barcelona home jacket on september 2019 and after 1 month its going to be 1 yr i haven't revived my parcel i am literally irritated of this service (I did not expect that customers have to wait for 1 yr for their order).
I mailed the caseitup customer care they said if the order is not delivered by april 20 they will return my money nor i got my money nor i know wheres my order and now its going to be 1 yr. If i do not get my order or my money (2500)
Within 1 month i have to file a fir against this company no matter what happens because its literally irritating

I have been booked my psg red color jacket on the caseitup.in online store on 9/11/2019. I had played money through online worth the price of rs 1300 to their bank a/c. But it has been 8 months there is no delivery of the product. I have also asked them for refund they haven't responded to the refund process that i have asked for. They are not sending any responses to me. I have contacted their no [protected] for many times. But there is no reply from the csr department of their company. So i am filing these complaint against the www.case it up.in online store for getting my money refund as soon as possible

This platform is fake. They never deliver your products.
Trust me i've tried all possible ways to contact them after paying money for the product i ordered from this caseitup.in
They neither reply to our emails nor reply to our message and dm's.
Yes they lied about replying to our emails within 24 hours.
If you ever pay this frauds for any product just know that you have been cheated and would never get your money back.

I ordered a Real Madrid kit from the "caseitup.in" website on September 15, 2019. The expected delivery date provided on their website is 65 days excluding weekends, so I waited patiently for it. But now it's the 105th day of me waiting for it (excluding weekends). Their customer care won't pick up the phone, it's either switched off or busy all the time. And whenever they pick up the call(very rarely, once in 2 weeks) they say I will receive it at the end of the month.

I am including the screenshot of the order details of my product below.

I had odered a Juventus anthem jacket on 7th November 2019, as per their delivery norms the should have been delivered within 45-65 business days excluding all public holidays. But still now it has not been delivered after 78 days I tried calling to their helpline number but was always switched off, I even mailed them but they replied to contact their helpline now what to do and how I can get my paid 1199 Rs from caseitup. All documents are mailed for your quick action please.

I have ordered one phone case amounting rs. 399/- paid on august 22nd, 2019 07:45 pm.

Its already more than 20 days but haven't received any update from caseit up.

Their customer care number is always busy and there is no email to communicate.

Worst ever experience from this site. I would like to take legal action against this fake website who is cheating customers.

Please help asap.

I had ordered 2 phone cases on 1st july from caseitup.in and made a advance payment of rs 798 for it. It was promised to deliver within 12 business days. Which didn't happen, even after continues mail i had no answer. I finally received the order after a month but only 1 phone case, that too damage. I have yet again mailed them regarding this and i have no reply, please suggest what to do.

I had placed my order on july 3 and it has been 1 month and i haven't received my product yet also they are not responding to my complaints on their given gmail whatsapp and instagram handle. I can see many other customers have complained against this site. Neither they are providing me my product nor they are giving the refund. Overall my impression on this website as fraud. This company sells customised jersey of low quality and phone covers.

Kindly look into my issue and take necessary actions asap.

Ordered a phone case still i didn't got it. It's already been 15 working days. I saw the advertisement in instagram and i ordered it. There is no cash on delivery option available in the website. We need pay online through a gateway. I didn't even got any confirmation mail or any. Iam sending mails to their support team emails. I didn't got even a single response. Please ban such kind of websites

Placed order for a mobile case on the website Caseitup.in on 16/6/2019 and got a confirmation mail but never received the order and all attempts to reach out the website failed as they dont have any address or phone no. to reach out and the dont respond to emails also . This is a very big scam, kindly help . Also when I reached out to their Instagram page it is of some different seller with same products and same name “ Caseitup.in”...

I ordered phone case after that there is no response regarding the order. i waited almost 14 working days and still no response through any medium email, instagram etc. even their site dont have contact information. but site is still working. now their instagram profile also disappeared. these people are fraud. whenever i click their contact page it'll show page not found. site still shows people are purchasing.

I had ordered 7 indian team jerseys (With name and number) on 10th of june, 2019. Paid rs. 7000.

It has been more than 2 weeks, there is no update when the order will be delivered. There is no contact information on their website. I also tried contacting them through instagram, where i got a reply (After so many futile attempts) that our order will be delivered by friday, 28th june.

I've been trying to contact this guy (Chintan mehta - who owns this business) over instagram post that but there is no response.

So this happened on 30th april where i came across this instagram page called caseitup.in
I saw they had indian cricket jersey and so i went on its site and from its site i got their whatsapp number and talked there. I asked him if the jersey will come the same as shown. They agreed. Again on the instagram page i sent them a message regarding their policy of availability according to design and colour of stock. They said if i place a order now i will get what i see on the site. A week prior their instagram page got taken down i dont know how. The new page is caseitupofficial. So i received this jersey on 1 june. Which is absolutely degraded material not worth of 1000rs. I argued with him and ended up getting blocked. The name of owner is chintan mehta and he lives in kolkata. His business name is pynk villa but website name caseitup.in
