I have ordered a case worth 799. I got the product, and didn't like it. It is of cheap quality. When i contacted them for refund, they said i need to send mail to support team. Even after sending the mail no response was there. They said, they can only give 70% as refund. I agreed to it. Even after i didn't get any call or response from courier. After that they are saying they couldn't collect the product because we are located in remote area. But they have delivered the product to that remote location 😅. Please do the needful.
